At perfumeglowateli, we strive to provide exceptional photography services and ensure client satisfaction. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of photography sessions.
Session Cancellations
Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you need to cancel your photography session:
- More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or rescheduling available at no additional charge.
- 24-48 hours before the session: 50% refund or rescheduling available with a rescheduling fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund, but rescheduling may be available at our discretion with applicable fees.
- No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund will be provided.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If we need to cancel your session due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, equipment failure, emergency, etc.), we will:
- Provide a full refund if requested
- Offer to reschedule at no additional cost
- Notify you as soon as possible
Rescheduling Sessions
We understand that circumstances may require rescheduling your photography session:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge
- Rescheduling requests made 24-48 hours in advance may incur a rescheduling fee
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and additional fees
- You may reschedule your session up to two times without additional fees (subject to the time restrictions above)
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation terms outlined above:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used
- Refunds are not available for completed sessions or delivered images
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances
Digital Products and Images
Due to the nature of digital photography services:
- Once images are delivered, no refunds will be provided
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital image files
- If you are unsatisfied with your images, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential solutions
- We may offer additional editing or reshoot options at our discretion
Print Products
For physical print products:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if products are defective or damaged
- Products must be returned in their original condition
- Custom or personalized prints are not eligible for return unless defective
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client unless the product is defective
Weather Policy for Outdoor Sessions
For outdoor photography sessions:
- If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we will contact you to reschedule
- Rescheduling due to weather is free of charge
- If you choose to proceed despite weather warnings, we are not responsible for the results
- Light rain or overcast conditions may still allow for successful sessions
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction:
- If you are not satisfied with your session experience, please contact us within 48 hours
- We will work with you to address concerns and find a suitable solution
- This may include additional editing, a partial reshoot, or other accommodations
- Each situation will be evaluated individually
